Lunch will be served to children in the school hall, however, if you are attending both the morning and afternoon session (or just want to join us for lunch) you are welcome to bring a picnic onto the grounds. Please let your child’s teacher know before school on Tuesday if you are providing lunch for your child, your child’s teacher will let you know when the children will need to be returned to their classroom.
If you have younger children and would like them to stay with you to support older siblings in the afternoon, please speak to your child’s class teacher at the end of lunchtime and they will be “signed-out” to you.
The events will be taking place on the MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area). It is important that anyone wishing to go onto the MUGA to watch and encourage their children as they take part in sports day follow these rules:
- No studs on shoes and no high-heels
- No buggies or pushchairs
- No food or drinks
- No bikes, scooters or heelies
- No chewing gum
We know that many of you will bring pre-school children with you, please make sure that you keep them with you at all times. With a lot of children and adults moving around it is important to keep everyone safe.
